Membership Form 2009-2010
As in previous years, identification of your work
will be by your competition number, which will be
allocated on payment of the membership fee. Full details
of all the competition rules are contained in the
competition notes, a copy of which you will receive
on joining.
The annual subscription this year is £30 and
should be paid to the treasurer, Mel Leiper, on or
as soon after 2 September.
Please make any cheques payable to ‘Eastwood Photographic
Society’
It would greatly assist us if you could bring the
completed form, with you so that we can receipt your
payment. Please complete your email address to receive
the club newsletter and any other information from
the committee.
