RICC 15 February 2018
Tonight Eastwood Photographic Society hosted the annual RICC competition. The clubs competing were Eastwood Photographic Society, Greenock Camera Club, Gryffe Camera Club, Inverclyde Camera Club, Kilmacolm Camera Club, Paisley Colour Camera Club and Paisley Photography Society. The competition was judged by Clive Watkins from Irvine Camera Club.
Clive gave constructive advice as he viewed the images before he gave a mark and this advice centred on focal point of the image, darkening corners to draw the eye and looking at the edge of the frame to avoid distractions. All in all everyone assemble was happy with the comments and marks. At half time one mark separated the top to clubs. Please see the scores below at the end of the evening.
